Sure, the assets come with their license. Basically you're free to use them commercially as well as modify them. You're not allowed to sell them.

What are the formats and setup of these assets if I may ask ?
The files are pngs and are organized as tiles to be used in Rpg Maker, though they can be easily be used on other engines.
